Khubsurati Ke Liye Jism Ke Mukhtalif Hisson Ki Safai Ka Tareeqa

Purkashish aur dilkash lagne ke liye hum sab ko chahiye ke hum apne aap ko saaf suthra rakhien. Saaf suthra rahne se shaksiyat achi nazar aati hai aur apne jism ko hum saaf suthra rakh ker bohut si bimariyon se bachate hain. Kyun ke Jaraseem (Germs) gande rehne se peda hote hain agar hum saaf suthra rahien ge to jaraseem (Germs) peda nahin hoon ge jis se hum sehat mand rahien ge.

Daanton ki Safai

Chehray ki khubsurati main daanton (Teeth) ka bohut aehm kirdaar hai agar pura chehray bohut khubsurat ho aur daant (Teeth) mele ya badboodaar hoon to chehray ki saari khubsurati ko hatam ker dete hain kiyun ke daant (Teeth) chehray ki khusurati ka ek haas hissa hai. Isliye chahiye ke hum apne daanton (Teeth) ko saaf suthra rakhien. misal mashhoor hai ke agar daant (Teeth) ache hain to aadha husn makamal hai aur agar chehra bi acha hai to pura husn makamal hai. Issi se saaf aur ache daanton (Teeth) ki ahmiyat maloom hoti hai. Daanton (Teeth) ko bi safai se sehat mand rakha ja sakta hai. Daanton (Teeth) ko bohut saht baalon (Hard Tooth Brush) se saaf nahin kerna chahiye aur na hi bohut malaim baalon (Soft Tooth Brush) wale brush se. Maatdil baalon ka Tooth Brush (Medium Hardness) manasib rehta hai. Khane ke baad hamesha kali ker ke moo (Mouth) ko saaf ker lena chahiye warna moo main jaraseem (Germs) peda ho sakte hain.

Khane ke Baad Daant Saaf kerna

Khane ke baad halal (Tooth Brush) se daanton (Teeth) ko saaf ker lena bi mufeed hai. Iss se daanton (Teeth) main phansa hua khana saaf ho jata hai. Lekin halal (Tooth Brush) sab ke saamne nahin kerna chahiye kyun ke aksar logoon ke yeh nagwaar ghuzarta (Pasand nahin hota hai) hai. Behtar yeh hai ke halal (Tooth Brush)  wash besan ke samne khare ho ker kiya jaye aur foran kali ker ke moo ko bhi saaf ker liya jaye.

Zubaan ko Saaf kerna chahiye

Moo (Mouth) se badbudaar boo aana bhi bohut namanasib hai aur aap ke qareeb mojood logoon ko bohut nagawaar guzar sakta hai. Iss ke liye zuban (Tongue) ko bhi saaf suthra rakhna chahiye, Khana ziyaad tar zubaan per hi jam jata hai jis se kuch der baad badbu aane lagti hai. Zubaan aur moo (Tongue and mouth wash) kerne ke liye potasium parmagnate liquid aur moo (Mouth Wash) kerne ke liye liquid bazaar main dastyaab hain jinhien istamaal kiya ja sakta hai. Sab se behtar yeh hai ke saaf pani se waqtan faqtan kuli kerte rehna chahiye. Agar moo (Mouth) ki badbu phir bhi qaim rehe to kisi doctor se rabta kerien.

Jism se badboo ki waja

Jism main badbu Paseene, jism main nami aur garmi ki waja se peda hoti hai. Aaj kal bohut se khubudaar spray jism per chirakne ke liye bazaar main dastyaab hain Lekin sab se behtar amal yehi hai ke jism ko saaf rakha jaye. Ghusal (Bath) kerte waqt jism ko soap aur pani se achi tarah dhona (wash) kerna chahiye. Kapray pehne (Before Wearing Clothes) se pehle jism per koi achi qism ka Talcum Powder lagana bhi mufeed hai. Saaf aur Taaza (Clean and Fresh Water) pani kafi miqdaar main peete rehna chahiye. Garmiyoon main ghar se bahir nikalte waqt safed (White or Light Colour/Color) ya koi halki rangat aur sooti kapray (Clothes) pehn ker niklien. Kaale (Black or Dark Colour/Color) ya ghahre rang ke kapray na pehnien. Hamesha aisi jaga soyien (Sleep) jahan taaza (Fresh Air) hawa ka guzar ho. Kitni bhi sardi ho moo dhanp ker na soyien (Sleep).

Jootay aur Mozay

Bhadubar mozay aur jootay (Socks and Shoes) bhi bohut muzre sehat hote hain aur ghar ke deegar afraad ko naqwaar khatir hote hain. Jootay aur Mozay (Socks and Shoes) pehne se pehle peron (Feet) ko dho ker suka lien. Hafte (Week) main kam-az-kam ek roz jootoon (Shoes) ko kuch der ke liye dhoop main rakha kerien aur in per pabandi se polish lagaya kerien. Mozoon (Socks) ko istamaal ke baad shaam ko dho liya kerien. Jin logoon ke mozoon (Socks) main ziyada badbu (Smell) hoti hain in logoon ko kam-az-kam chaar joore mozay (four pairs of Socks) rakhna chahiye. Shaam ko rozana (Daily Evening) peroon ke talwon (Sole of Feet) ko achi dho ker sukha lena chahiye. Agar yeh mumkin nahin hai to rozana shaam (Daily Evening) ko peron ke talwon ko saaf bheege kapre se achi tarah saaf kerien.

Ankhon ka saaf kerna

Ankh (Eyes) jism ka ek bohut aehm hissa hai. Yeh nazuk bhi hai aur intahai zaroori bhi, iss liye iss ki safai bohut ahmiyat rakhti hai. Ankhon (Eyes) ko hamesha thande (Clear and Cold Water) aur saaf pani se dhoya kerien. Din bhar bahir kaam per rehne se ankhon (Eyes) main kafi gard perh jati hai. Iss liye ghar ponch ker ankhoon (Eyes) ko thande pani se dho liya kerien.

Naak ko bhi saaf kerna chahiye

Naak (Nose Hair) main baal aur LaAab daar maada hota hai jo gard ko andar ponchne se rokta hai. Iss liye naak ko bhi din main kam-az-kam do baar pani se saaf kerte rehna chahiye.

Kaan ka mel

Kaan (Ears) ka mel bohut nuqsaan da hota hai lekin yeh Qudrat ki taraf se hota hai. Jis ki waja se kaan (Ears) ke andar Keeray Makoray (Insects) nahin ponch paate. Lekin aathwien Duswien roz (On 8th or 10th Day) roz kaan (Ears) ka mel bhi saaf ruyi (Cotton) se saaf ker lena chahiye. Kaan (Ears) ke andar koi seht (Hard) ya nokdaar (sharp) cheeze na daliye Iss se zakhm peda ho sakta hai. Agar kaan (Ears) main kabhi zayada dard ho jaye to foran doctor se rejoo (Contact) kerien.

Naakhno ka tarashna aur saaf kerna

Naakhno (Nails) ko bhi saaf rakhna chahiye aur in main mel na jamne paye. Naakhno (Nails) ko waqt pe katna bhi chahiye kyun ke jitne lambe Naakhun hoon ge mel bhi zayada jame ga aur lambe naakhno ka asar aap ki shaksiyat (Personality) aur khubsurati (Beauty) per bhi perta hai iss liye naakhno (Nails) ko time pe katna chahiye.

Paoon aur Aeriyon ki safai

Paer (Feets) ki Aeriyaan (Heels) ko bhi saaf suthra rakhien. In main mel na jamne paye Khaal aksar chatakh jati hai jin main mel bhar jata hai. Aeriyaan (Heels) aur Talway (Feet Soles) khoob bhigo ker kisi khurdaray pathar per raghrien ya Aeriyaan (Heels) saaf kerne ka Scrub istamaal kerien.


Makhtasir yeh ke apna Jism (Body), Kapray (Clothes), Bartan (Dishes) aur Mahol (Livinghood) saaf suthra rakhien. Iss se aap bohut si bimariyoon se mahfooz rahien ge.
